What's a TV picture worth without any sound? Think about. It's important. If you don't believe it, watch about 3 or 4 minutes of any TV show or a flight of TV commercials. Really boring. Very uninformative.
If the picture is meant to capture your attention, the sound does no less than tell the story and create the mood.
When you are considering building the sound track to your perfect video or TV and Web Commercial or your animation, there's lot's to consider:
Will you have dialogue? Voice-over? Sound effects? Do you need translations into multiple languages? What about music? Will it be stock music? Or will you need custom music? Location recording?
